Well yes, just right click on any unlocked vehicle and choose Test Drive You can't test drive locked (red tile) vehicles but can test drive premiums. The game is coded in a way that you can't even do it through custom player-made missions. You could probably do it though custom missions, the same way you can try out vehicles that were not
How to perform a divebombing attack in a Stuka: This guide is intended for use with the Ju-87 Stuka (models B-2, R-2, D-3 and D-5 only) in a divebombing role in War Thunder. It is, as far as I know, as close as possible in War Thunder to the correct, historically accurate taught procedure for divebombing in a Stuka during World War 2.
Dive bombing tactics using the example of Stuka. Following the tactics employed with the Junkers Ju 87 Stuka are described in detail; the dive-bombing methods used by the twin-engined Junkers Ju 88 were essentially similar, though the actual dive was somewhat shallower (60° during the early part of the war, reduced to 50° later).
Too shallow and you'll miss, too steep and you won't be able to pull out. Practice with the stuka till you get it just right. Practice makes perfect. Really howI learned it. In my experience there is a sweetspot for diving angle. Too shallow and you'll miss, too steep and you won't be able to pull out.
Sadly, there weren't any Stuka with retractable landing gear. There were few made for aircraft carriers with folding wings (even though they weren't used, since lack of aircraft carriers), and there was a prototype/plans for Stuka in which they turned the cockpit upside down (Ju 187) but still no retractable gear.
Stukas had an automatic bomb release that was set to a specific altitude. When the pilot deployed the dive brakes the plane automatically entered a dive by an automated adjustment of the elevator. Once the plane reached the pre-set altitude it automatically dropped the bomb and pulled out of the dive and into
Videogame records from game called War Thunder demonstrating dive bombing method used by german pilots of Ju-87 Stuka dive bomber during World War 2.It is sh
Step 1 reach around 5000 altitude, Step 2 extend airbrakes, Step 3 roll over and dive (then you should hear the Jericho Trumpet) Step 4 drop bomb, and Step 5
dive at a 45 degree angle and once the tank is right inf ront of your nose, drop the bomb and pull up. This but you want a steeper angle in a Stuka. you want to dive at a 60-70 degree angle to the ground and don't forget to use airbrakes since otherwise with most dive bombers your wings will rip before you get close enough. #14.
This Stuka didn't need internal dive brakes because the rest of my sentence was a joke. A joke!. At least 8 people got the joke! At least I know who downvoted me for a joke about the flight characteristics of this "aircraft" with a vertical stabilizer and tail pointing the wrong direction.
I might obtain a JS this coming tuesday, and I have been curious as to flying in a Stuka in FRBs. I have flied in them in HBs, and I had a problem with them, namely, I had a VERY hard time spotting what is below me, thus deciding when to drop, from cabin view. I can see that in the cabin there is
The Junkers Ju 87 Stuka was a dive bomber that was used by Germany and some of its allies during World War II. The first production model of the Stuka was the Junkers Ju 87A-1. It had a Junkers Jumo 210C Engine and its top speed was around 410.3 km/h. It had a crew of two and an armament of two machine guns in the wings and one in the gunner position. The Ju-87A-1 could also carry up to 500 kg
Alright so, trying to use a stuka in ground realistic. I go into a dive but I cant get anywhere close to my target for multiple reasons. The slingshot and you cant pull up anywhere close to the ground so you are dropping from ridiculous heights.
